I’m a dad, on a mission, not only to inspire my son to prioritise his health, but inspire other dads to do the same.

I was once the owner of a “dad bod”. Even though it’s getting A-List, mainstream interest, I can safely say it’s not cool and something to aspire to. After working hard to shed the extra kgs through nutrition plans and easy workouts you can do anywhere, I’m committed to banning the “dad bod” and helping others become fitter, healthier and closer to achieving their goals.

The Fit Dad Project aims to educate dads to make better choices regarding their own health (and that of their family), and to prove that crash diets and meal replacement shakes are not the answer.

Through my online programs and coaching I have shown numerous dads that simple is often best with your health. Simple is also the best way to get results and keep them; something I’ve found from a number of the guys (dads or not) that I work with.

I live a normal life like you.  I am married and have a young son and I work a lot of hours to support my family. Time certainly is an issue for me like most people. I live a healthy life and train hard but I also have fun in life as well.  The key is finding what works for you and your daily life.

I practice what I preach, I don't take life too seriously and I live by a golden rule: I never ask anyone to do anything I have not achieved results with myself. If you throw everything into my programs you will get results.
